York VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Rd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. SET-ASIDE: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) CONSTRUCTION BUDGET DESIGN LIMITATIONS/PROJECT MAGNITUDE: The Magnitude of Construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $39.5 million PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is to renovate and expand (PMRS). Work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the required construction work on this project including architectural, structural, fire protection, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and industrial hygiene as described in the project documents. This is a new requirement and there is no existing or historical procurement information relative to this requirement. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) of their SDVOSB status in accordance with 38 CFR part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of veteran status, ownership, and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both visible and verified by the Department of Veteran Affairs CVE at the time of submission of proposal. Failure to be both verified by CVE and visible on https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of proposal submission will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so. VA NOTICE OF TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (JUL 2016) (DEVIATION) (a) Definition.
