Description This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the scope for this task order to include: surface cleaning and preparation, exterior power washing, exterior crack and concrete repair, exterior stucco over existing finish, and interior and exterior sustainment painting and surface treatment. All offerors are cautioned that the construction team is expected to spend an adequate amount of time at the facility prior to proposal submittal in order to fully assess the existing conditions to ensure that appropriate construction methods can be used to replicate the existing features in the proposed work. The Government shall reference the basic MACC contract proposals for information such as quality control, teaming, and personnel qualifications. The place of performance shall be at MacDill Air Force Base (MAFB), Florida (FL).
