Scooters Coffee Restaurant Development / Peru

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of a 794 square foot restaurant development. As of June 9, 2023, a general contractor has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been determined. This is a negotiated project with Scooters corporate and we are anticipating an August or September 2023 start date. Huff Contracting has built over 60 Scooters stores over the last few years and will continue to build for repeat clients. Scooters construction projects operate on a 8-10 week construction schedule. They are small buildings, but we have a good process that helps all trades get in and out without being stacked on top of each other. We will be looking for quality subcontractors that can show up when we need them and provide a good product with good customer service. Providing a good product, on time, and with a good budget will create additional projects for all of us. Please e-mail bids to Brett@huffcontractinginc.com no later than 6/22/2023.
