Contractors on multiple residential projects at 240 Oak Street, Cedar Springs, MI 49319. The project is funded by Kent County Community Development Block Grants (“CDBG”). Project to be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. The scope includes multiple projects. One or multiple may be selected for award; please provide line-item pricing by project. Projects Include: • Lead-based paint requirements • Environmental Rehab RRP requirements • Exterior painting/vinyl siding • Window replacements • Building small roof over rear entrance • Tear off and reroof shingles • Add fill dirt for drainage • Install interior doors • Prepare and paint interior windows with lead-based paint encapsulant • Prepare and paint interior crown molding
