Description

Smoky Hill Pump Stations serves water to the Zone 5 pressure region. It is the only station located on the western side of Zone 5. This project will provide the necessary improvements to maintain the function of the pump station. The improvements and upgrades addresses the following items: Pump #4 is not usable, Pump #2 has no VFD, the 25,000 gallon buried surge tank system is obsolete and the tank integrity is in question, the MCC is out of date and in need of replacement, and the generator is out of date and replacement parts are no longer available.
