| Description | Remove old units, install new units, and start up rooftop gas pack units. (Two) (2) 15 ton rooftop gas pack units at Liberty Middle School Gym (LMS) (125 Falcon Lane, Liberty, SC 29657) and (two) (2) 15 ton rooftop gas pack units at Pickens Middle School Gym (PMS) (140 Torch Lane, Pickens, SC 29671). Units shall be manufactured by Trane, shall be gas/electric rooftop package units, shall have economizer dampers (without) energy recovery wheels and shall have 2” air filter racks. At least one unit per school shall have a 120 volt convenience outlet. In addition to the above we would like an add alternate cost to replace with like equipment, the Trane 10 ton split heat pump system that serves the basement offices of Pickens Middle School Gym. Price is for purchase of new equipment, removal of existing heat pump, installation of new heat pump to existing ductwork. Other conditions apply as listed with the gym units. | ||
