West Carr Street Sidewalk Improvements

The work will include the following items: Installing 4" thick concrete sidewalk 8" crosswalk pavement striping Concrete flume installation, Concrete headwall installation Installation of detectable warning domes Relocating of existing signage Grading of the existing site. Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a deposit of cash or CERTIFIED CHECK on some bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the Proposal, said check to be made payable to the City of Mebane. In lieu of the above cash or CERTIFIED CHECK, the bidder may execute a Bid Bond for the same amount. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
