Base Bid (for 2,000 ft. of irrigation pipeline), and Additive Alternative and a Deductive Alternative (Pipeline Cost per linear foot) for the irrigation pipeline. The Additive and the Deductive Alternatives are to include 15” diameter PVC pipe, pipeline ells, excavation & backfill of pipeline, as a unit cost per foot of pipeline.
