Main Street Landing - Destination Play Area and Event Lawn

As of August 22, 2022, a designer has been selected. Bidding is anticipated to take place in either late winter or early spring of 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit proposals from qualified firms for the City of Davenport, Iowa (hereafter referred to as "the City") to design a new Destination Play Area and Event Lawn on a 4 of 10.66 acres of the Davenport Riverfront known as "Main Street Landing." The City's intention is to enter into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with the selected firm for design services. The City invites qualified firms or individuals to submit a proposal outlining their qualifications for consideration 1/28/2022 10:00:00 AM (CT) Questions Due - Questions are due to the Purchasing Division no later than the time indicated. Submit inquiries via the Questions tab of the bid. 2/3/2022 04:30:00 PM (CT) Answers Posted - Answers to inquiries that were emailed to the Purchasing Division will be issued in the form of an addendum no later than the date indicated. The addendum will be issued via an email. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
