Description | Construct a sustainable shoreline including features such as a live crib wall, vegetated geogrids, stone revetment, and shoreline plantings. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% This purpose of this project is to construct a sustainable shoreline including demolition and removal of existing shoreline debris and installation of features such as a live crib wall, vegetated geogrids, stone revetment, and shoreline plantings. $547,000 to $740,000 The completion date for this project is 300 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptrollers Office. Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). $1,500.00/day Starting on the advertisement date, the Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge and obtained in person or by mail from Teresa Harris at DeVeaux Wood State Park, 3160 DeVeaux Woods Drive, Niagara Falls, New York 14305. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract.
