Description

As of September 13, 2022, a design engineer has been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The County of Lehigh is soliciting proposals for all-inclusive engineering services for the JORDAN CREEK GREENWAY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposal shall be made upon proposal forms or letterhead stationery and all references to numbers shall be stated both in writing and figures. The signature shall be an original in long hand, and the completed form shall be without interlineation, alteration or erasure. The Executive of Lehigh County will grant due consideration to any features of the Specifications submitted by the proposers and does hereby reserve the right to choose the proposal which, in his judgment is best suited for the intended purposes. The Executive of the County of Lehigh does also reserve to himself, the right to waive all informalities in awarding a contract in the best interests of the County of Lehigh.
