Emergency Home Repair - Plumbing/Carpentry/Electrical Services (CDBG Funded) - Rebid - This scope of work is being offered as part of the Emergency Home Repairs and Disabilities Modification Program Question Submission Deadline: August 5, 2022, 5:00pm 1. Install faucet and associated plumbing. Install supply and drain lines to dishwasher. Install and modify existing cabinetry. 2. Install drywall (tape and texture) two walls in kitchen. 3. Electrical boxes need to be added for lighting and appliances in the kitchens (wiring is existing, boxes only). Diagnose and correct wiring problem at switch in family room. Terminations and splicing need to be placed in junction box in several locations of the house. In the garage, exposed Romex wiring must be removed. Trim needs to be installed for many receptacles and switches throughout the home. Receptacle boxes are loose in masonry walls and need to be removed. The residence located at 125 E. Freihage Drive, Sierra Vista AZ 85635 project must be completed within 30 days after project start.
