This solicitation is issued by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service which is an instrumentality of the United States Government. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The construction period will be 90 calendar days. If you receive a Notice of Contract Award, then performance and payment bonds, proof of insurance, and the Electronic Payment Authorization Form will be required at the pre-construction meeting.
