RFP Construction Manager at Risk - Construction Manager at Risk for the New Decatur Police Building

Sealed Proposals must be received by the City of Decatur (the City) at the specified location by the date and time cited above, at which time proposals duly delivered and submitted will be considered for the provision of the Construction Manager at Risk for the New Decatur Police Building. Late Proposals will not be considered. The mere fact that the Proposal was dispatched will not be considered; the Respondent must ensure that the Proposal is actually delivered. Regardless of cause, late qualifications will not be accepted and will automatically be disqualified from further consideration. It shall be the Respondent's sole risk to assure delivery at the designated office by the designated time. Late Proposals will not be opened and may be returned at the expense of the Respondent or destroyed if requested. At the public opening, there will be no disclosure of contents to competing firms, and all Proposals will be kept confidential during the negotiation process, except for such disclosures as may be required under applicable law. The City of Decatur reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals or any part thereof or any combination of proposals and to waive any or all formalities in any proposal, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interests of the City
