Yampa Valley Regional Airport Quick Turn-Around Carwash Facility Construction

The work of this project consists of the construction of a new rental car quick turn-around facility of approximately 4,500 square feet to support the rental car agencies at Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN). The building will be sited adjacent to the existing fuel farm location along the Piper Lane access road. The building will include three vehicle bays, each divided into three vehicle stations for preparation, washing and drying of vehicles for rental customers. An additional support bay will provide secure storage, utility closets, and shared restroom and breakroom spaces for the rental agency employees. The building is constructed of concrete foundation, concrete slab, a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) structure, metal roofing and siding, thermal insulation, interior fit and finishes, other structural systems, mechanical and ventilation systems, plumbing systems, electrical and lighting systems, technology systems, and other items for a complete and working facility. Site project work includes clearing, grubbing, grading, storm drainage, vehicle pavements, utilities, site lighting, communications, signage and other items for a complete and working site facility.
