Description

Location: The project is located on the north side of Park Avenue, just west of Cottonwood Drive in Albers, IL. The project will consist of improving an existing retention pond to a seeded dry bottom detention area. It will include existing riprap removal, furnished excavation, construction of a concrete gutter, replacing the CMP outfall pipe, and seeding the construction area. State prevailing wage rates apply. IDOT prequalification is not required.
