Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts and materials necessary to replace two (2) existing failed HVAC systems. These HVAC units are each rated at (5) tons and are packaged water source heat pumps. This work is located at the USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC in building 100 and serves the area known as the Engine Build Shop. These units are known as HP-2 and HP-3
