Parks Maintenance Expansion Site-Materials Yard Storage Building

The City of Jacksonville (COJ) is seeking proposals for the installation of a prefabricated metal building with a single slope roof at 1152 Commons Dr N, the site of the Parks Maintenance Facility. This structure will be used as a Materials Yard Storage Building and will store landscaping materials and equipment. This project includes but is not limited to the design, fabrication and erection of a 75ft long x 20ft wide prefabricated metal building
