Water Treatment Plant 1 Roof

The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, machinery, materials, skill, tools, and labor required to complete prescribed work for layover of R-panel with TPO or PVC. EPMD nor any other material will be accepted. There will be a pre-final walk with the manufacture representative three days prior to completion of project. All details shall be to manufactures specifications to include metal work shall be included in pricing. OSHA safety guidelines will be adhered to at all time while on the project site. There is roughly 196sq’s of roof surface which should be verified prior to bid. Job site shall remain free of objects and construction material not contained. Objects shall not be tossed or come off roof without a chute going to a dumpster.
