Description | For Lilly Hall Rooms G203, G203A-C, and G205 Renovation 2023 Deposits for hard copy must be in a form of a check. Please mail all deposit checks to Repro Graphix, Inc.; 437 N. Illinois St.; Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com. The Principal Subcontractor Questionnaire listing the names of the bidder's principal subcontractors shall be submitted with the bid. The remainder of the Questionnaires and Material Lists shall be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. (EST) on the 26 th day of January 2023, to: Capital Asset Management 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100 West Lafayette, IN 47906 Phone (765) 494-0580 Bids shall be for complete construction only, properly executed and submitted on Form 96, accompanied by executed Form 96A (as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts) giving financial data as recent as possible, and a Non-Collusion Affidavit together with other documents as required by the Instructions to Bidders and addressed to The Trustees of Purdue University, clearly marked with the project and the bid opening date. Each bid must be accompanied by the Contractors written plan for a program to test the contractors employees for drugs in accordance with IC 4-13-18. Each bid must be accompanied by a Contractor's Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction in the form included in the specifications made payable to The Trustees of Purdue University in an amount equal to the maximum total of the base bid and any alternate bids, guaranteeing the execution and faithful performance of the contract for the work if awarded. The Instructions to Bidders contained in the specifications for the projects are by this reference made a part hereof, and all bidders shall be deemed advised of the provisions thereof, and of the General Conditions of the contract, specifications, plans and drawings for the project The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive, to the extent permitted by law, any of the terms, conditions and provisions contained in this Advertisement for Bids or the Instructions to Bidders or any informality, irregularity or omission in any bid, provided that such waiver shall, in the discretion of the Board of Trustees, be to the advantage of The Trustees of Purdue University. Documents returned in good condition within the time alloted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope(SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. Pre-Qualification : Yes Required. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: a. Demolition; b. Furnishing and installing all general trades' type work (doors, frames, hardware.); c. Patching CMU wall at mechanical ductwork demolition. d. Furnishing and installing all building finish materials (painting, flooring, ceilings etc.); e. Providing and installing lab furnishings and equipment; f. Furnishing and installing all HVAC Work; g. Furnishing and installing all Electrical Work, inclusive of Fire Alarm and all Telecommunications systems; h. Furnishing and installing all Plumbing Work; B. Contract: Construction work under unified fixed price contract. |
