Project consists of the following in approx quantities indicated: 1 LS Dewatering & Work Zone Containment; 1 LS Grubbing 1 LS Site Removals 1 LS Site Grading 80 TN Base Aggregate Dense 3/4 " 375 TN Base Aggregate Open-Graded #1 (Wall Backfill) 1400 FF Redi-Rock Block 200 FF Redi-Rock Capstone 220 SF Concrete Sidewalk 6" w/Rebar 1 LS Concrete Stepped Kayak Launch Structure 1 LS Accessible Kayak Ramp 15 LF Storm Sewer RCP Class III 12" 1 Catch Basin 42" Diameter w/Beehive Frame & Grate 500 SY Shoreline Restoration w/Topsoil, Fertilizer, Seed & Turf Reinforcement Matting 4250 SY Site Restoration w/Topsoil, Fertilizer, Seed & Hydroseed 610 SY Site Restoration w/Topsoil, Fertilizer, Seed & Erosion Control Matting 125 SY Geotextile Type HR; & 100 TN Rip Rap-Fieldstone. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper "BID FOR JOHN & LAVINIA ROCKWELL PARK." No pre-bid conference will be held. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and informalities therein and award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
