| Description | 3,700 linear feet of 2-lane roadway. The existing 25’ asphalt roadway will be reconstructed to a 24’ concrete roadway with a single lane roundabout at the intersection at Knowles Drive and WJ Boaz Road. Concrete sidewalk will be installed along the entire west side of Knowles Drive and on the east side, from Ravenwood Drive to the end of the project. The project will also include two internal storm drain systems, several water/waste-water relocations, landscaping, irrigation and street light foundations and conduit. |
