RFP Engineering - 2021 Bond Program - Old Black Colony Road Reconstruction project

The City is pleased to present this RSQ to solicit interest from prospective entities that are qualified to provide planning, design, and construction phase services for the West Goforth Road Reconstruction and Old Black Colony Road Reconstruction projects. The RSQ outlines the process to be used by the City to select competent entities from which the City may negotiate contracts for professional services necessary to assist the City of Buda in the development of schematics, final design, and construction services for the reconstruction projects. The selected firm(s) shall be responsible for providing a full range of Project services for either of the two projects, which may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: project management, public involvement support, easement coordination and acquisition collaboration, right-of-way (ROW) mapping, surveying, schematic design development, drainage studies and design, environmental services, geotechnical collaboration, utility coordination support, water and wastewater utility design, PS&E preparation, permits, bidding phase services, and construction phase services needed to help the City achieve the 2021 Bond Program goals. The City will collaborate City of Buda RSQ #22-146 - 2021 Bond Program Projects with selected firm(s) to define and prioritize Project tasks that will achieve the City's goals within the available Project budget.
