Splash Pad and Playground Equipment Improvements

Bids are related to the construction of a splash pad and playground equipment within the Sherman Town limits. The proposed work to be completed by the contractor are included in Section C - General Conditions of Work of the Contract Documents. Work will be provided by the contractor on existing property owned and maintained by the Town of Sherman per the Contract Documents, Technical Specifications and as directed by the Engineer. The Project shall make provisions for all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to provide the improvements as defined in the Proposal document and as represented in the General Conditions of Work and Technical Specifications as set forth in the Contract Documents. Award will be made to the lowest and best bidder and the Mayor and Board of Aldermen reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
