The work under this improvement consists of everything necessary to complete the project as shown by the plans and according to odot specification for said items on file in the office of Center Township Center Township Board of Trustees, 63063 Arrowhead Road, Cambridge, Ohio, 43725. The length of the project is 1.6 miles (+or-) and the average width is 16 ft. Prevailing wage will apply. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bond with an approved surety company as surety, in the sum of 100 percent of the amount of the bid as surety for the execution of the contract, or certified check for the amount of 10 percent of the bid on some solvent bank within the city of Cambrdige, and made payable to the Center Township Board of Trustees, Cambridge, Oh. The Center Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
