| Description | Contractor shall remove and dispose of three existing 5 ton package units. The contractor shall supply and install three new 5 ton package heat pumps with thermostats. The new equipment shall match the existing equipment Btu, voltage and phase. The units for D wing shall be the same type. The contractor shall supply and install new tstat wire if needed. The contractor shall supply new disconnects with new conduit and power wire from the new disconnect to the new unit. All duct work shall be sealed with mastic. |
