Alabama Hwy 20 - Greenbrier Parkway to Wheeler Wildlife Refuge Project for Huntsville Utilities

A cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the City of Huntsville, Alabama, d/b/a/ Huntsville Utilities for an amount not less than 5% of the contractor's bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, will be required to accompany each contractor's bid. Performance and Payment bonds are required for this project. This is a State Revolving Fund reimbursable project from Alabama Department of Environmental Management. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. Bids will be accepted only from qualified General Contractors licensed by the State of Alabama. Only bids of such Contractors who are licensed by the State of Alabama prior to the date of the bid opening will be considered. The Project is generally described as follows: Construction of approximately 8,350 LF of 24-inch ductile iron water line located near Greenbrier Parkway and continue along AL 20. Other line items (if applicable) as described in the Specifications and Contract Documents are an integral part of this Contract. The work shall be performed according to the plans and specifications.
