Replace Roof on the Water Treatment Plant Building

Remove and replace existing Water Plant roof of approx. 21'6" x 22'10" at Thomas Stone National Historic Site, 6655 Rose Hill Road, Port Tobacco, MD 20677. This is a Request for Quote for construction prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 and Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment and tools necessary to demolish all layers of existing roofing including asphalt shingles and all appurtenances and replace with same per roofing system requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 140P4222Q0075. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price contract to meet this requirement. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to the offeror that provides the best value to the government.
