This will be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside in accordance with FAR 19.203(c). In accordance with FAR 36.204(c) Magnitude of Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. A Site Visit will be conducted on 7 July, 2022 at 10:15 AM (CST) Barksdale AFB, LA 71110. Participants will reference Attachment 6 for directions, Section L, and provision 52.236-27 for additional details regarding the site visit.
