| Description | The Scope of Work for the Project includes repair, replacement and upgrades to the existing Water Treatment Plant 12.47 kV, overhead lines, poles, and transformers from the plant to the well pump buildings. The wells are required to run the plant and shall remain operational during these upgrades, requiring work to be performed while the line is energized.
