GESA Stadium Improvements

This project includes the remodel of both the home team and visiting team's clubhouses and expansion of the home teams and visiting team's locker rooms. Overall substantial completion shall be achieved within one hundred and seventeen (117) working days after the Owner' Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be achieved within Thirty (30) Calendar days after substantial completion. The project will have one phase. All bids must be accompanied by a "Good Faith Token" in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid. As this is an online bidding process the Bidder's original hard-copy Bid Bond must be submitted in a sealed envelope prior to the bid opening deadline. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on Abadan's City of Pasco Plan Room Plan Holders list.
