Description

To Provide yearly HVAC Preventative Maintenance each Spring on twenty (20) split-system air conditioning units, six (6) rooftop package units, one (1) chiller (refrigeration side only), eighteen (18) fan coil units, forty-three (43) rooftop exhaust fans, and seven (7) Mechanical Room exhaust fans. All equipment is located at the Potomac Center, 1380 Marshall Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740. The resulting contract shall be for 2022 and 2023 preventative maintenance (2 seasons).
