Description | The RFP issuing body is the Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa (Court) a medium sized trial court in California with 38 Judges, 3 Commissioners, and over 300 employees in more than 50 different job classifications to perform a wide range of Court-related functions. Cases are heard in 6 courthouses located across the county. This RFP is for office equipment repair and maintenance service. The services under this RFP would be provided during Court business hours only. The tentative start date and end date (including option period) are December 1, 2022, and November 30, 2027. The proposer should possess experience of providing office equipment repair and maintenance service to at least three public or private organizations within the last three consecutive years. Such services should be the same or substantially similar to those described at Exhibit 1: Scope of Work. |
