Demolition work to include removal and disposal of approximately 1,050 sq/ft of 2’x2’ suspended ceiling tiles and metal track, including wall mounted track. 6. Remove and dispose of 1,050 sq/ft of mold covered 12” spline ceiling tiles located above the suspended ceiling. Wood strapping to be left in place to temporarily hang electrical components 7. Remove and dispose of fiberglass batt insulation between the wood joists under the roof deck. 8. Remove and dispose of 8” flexible A/C duct and clean diffusors. 9. Once the grid is installed, the electrician will finish the lighting installation before the ceiling tiles are installed 14. Following bulk removal work, an EPA registered biocide will be applied to disinfect the remediated areas 15. A microbial inhibitor will be applied to the remaining exposed materials. 16.
