| Description | **As of November 29, 2022, project was awarded toMarking Specialits Corp awarded amount is $34,868.75. ** The project consists of both thermoplastic and epoxy pavement markings in the Village of Mokena, mostly along la Porte road between wolf road and us route 45. Legal provisions: contractors and sub-contractors shall conform to the "public works preference project" act, (30 ILCS 560/1, et. SEQ). Wage rates: contractors shall be required to pay not less than prevailing wage rates on the projects as established by the united states department of Labor and the state of Illinois department of Labor. Copies of these wage rates are on file in the office of the village clerk and incorporated in the contract documents. The Village of Mokena reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and waive any technicalities or irregularities in the bids and disregard all non-conforming or conditional bids or counter proposals. |
