Jail Men's and Women's Toilet/ Locker Room Remodel

The Project Work consists of the remodel of the Men ’ s & Women ’ s Toilet/ Locker Ro om area of the LPC Jail building. The project scope involves the demolition and remodel of approximately 1400 SF of the ex isting administrative area of the building. The project Base Bid work includes, but is not limited to : • Demol ition work and salvage of existing doors and hardware for reuse. • New floor, wall and ceiling finishes. • New plumbing fixtures including new underground waste and vent lines, and domestic water lines. • Mechanical work including new exhaust fan systems and modification of existing ductwork. • Minor modification to the existing fire sprinkler system i n the remodel area. • Electrical w ork including new power and data outlets, and new LED l ight in g fixtures. The project Add Alternate work includes: • Add Alternate #A1 work includes the remodel of the appr oximate 300 SF existing public restrooms located north of the Men ’ s & Women ’ s Toilet/ Locker Ro om area of the building. • Add Alternate #A2 work includes the removal and replacement of the existing packaged rooftop mechan ical unit ‘ R1’ as scheduled on the drawings.
