Description

1. Removing the existing pre-stressed concrete roofs on the 56.1 MG Byrd Park Tank and providing two new triangulated aluminum flat roofs. 2. Roof demolition includes the removal and disposal of existing built up roofing system with hazardous asbestos-containing materials prior to the concrete roof demolition. 3. Replacing the two existing tank roofs, one at a time, so that one of the two tanks is maintained in continuous operation. 4. Providing new tank outlet fabricated stainless steel fabricated gates. 5. Providing new tank overflow systems, roof vents, roof exhaust fans, and tank inlet mixing systems for each tank. 6. Providing new tank level transmitters, outlet flow meters, and water quality monitoring systems. 7. Providing new tank electrical building. 8. Providing new tank CCTV security improvements and PLC/SCADA system improvements. 9. Providing tank roadway and site fencing improvements. 10. Other miscellaneous facility improvements.
