Description Rehabilitation of New Haven Line Bridge NH 25.74 - Willett Avenue, NH 25.83 - Highland Street, and Reconstruction of Retaining Wall NH25.32S- provides for the superstructure replacement and new foundations behind the existing abutment for two existing under grade railroad bridge crossings over Willett Avenue at New Haven Line Milepost 25.74 and over Highland Street at New Have Line Milepost 25.83 in the City of Port Chester, Westchester County, New York. This project also includes the reconstruction of a retaining wall along the New Haven Line in the City of Port Chester, NY. The wall is located north of existing under grade railroad bridge NH 25.28 over South Main Street and adjacent to Track 4 at milepost NH 25.32 Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 20%
