| Description | Building: - Remove and Replace all windows with white vinyl finish double pane window equal/similar to apartment windows. - Wood panel siding at gables to be removed and replaced with plywood sheath, wire mesh and stucco to code (to look like the dwelling buildings). - All exterior surface finishes to be repaired/replaced (Stucco). - Remove and Replace Four (4) exterior doors with New Primed Steel Pre-Hung Entry Door with Insulating Core, 36 inches wide (to be handicapped accessible). - Exterior Prime & Paint (complete building and doors). 6. Remove gate and Install a rollup door (with lock) at right side door (garage type door) - Install shutter wall mount exhaust fan (Heavy Duty) cover in mesh. - Install slats in the existing Chain Link Fence that is around the AC Unit in front of building (Color Brown). |
