A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, but Not in Excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), Must Be Submitted With the Bid, Guaranteeing That if a Contract is Awarded, the Bidder Shall Execute the Contract and Deliver the Bond(S) Required by the Bid Documents.
