East Troublesome Fire Recovery - Debris Booms Installation

The work will consist primarily of: 1) The assembly and installation of Worthington Tuffboom debris booms (pre-purchased by Northern Water), anchor points, and all appurtenances at two locations at Willow Creek Reservoir and one location at Grand Lake Reservoir to protect dam infrastructure from fire debris. 2) Construction of a temporary access road and bailing area for debris removal. 3) Additional fire recovery related work could be considered as additional change order work to this contract. Work may include installation of additional debris booms, sediment traps, sediment detention basins, stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) such as erosion control logs, silt fence, hydro-mulch, etc. or other work as requested by the Owner. Contractors shall provide a basis for estimating additional work in their bid.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates, Chain Link Fences and Gates.
Division 44 -	Pollution and Waste Control Equipment, Solid Waste Collection, Transfer, and Hauling Equipment.
