EV Charger Installation Project (2 Locations)

The work to be undertaken at 233 E Center Street consists of installation of a new 300Kva transformer, new meter panels, new AC disconnect, 9 new ChargePoint chargers, new conduit runs and fittings, new outlets, new electrical service, power, switching, distribution system for all new and existing services, new bollards, striping, new signs, new wheel stops, new detectable warning surfaces, tree removal, new concrete slabs and subbase. The work at 1150 N. Kraemer includes installing 6 new Charge Point chargers and all appurtenant work (see project plans). Project locations: 233 E. Center St. and 1150 N. Kraemer Blvd. Start/Delivery Date: Estimated September 2023 Project Duration:50 working days. SITE WORK: provide new concrete pad for new 400a main service & new transformer and bollards. removal of one tree and relocation of landscape sprinklers to irrigate away from MSA. 2. LEVEL 1: provide a new electrical 'MSA' service over new concrete pad and new bollards outside of structure on alley side with new conduit from MSA to new EV electrical panel at 3rd level to connect all EVCS & outlets. Limited voluntary access compliance at selected ADA parking stalls. New pavement replacement for slope correction and new detectable warning. new re-striping, and new signage. In addition, 1 new dual EVC station to service the new accessible EVC stations (van accessible and car accessible) provided at 1st level only) to include new signage. 3. LEVEL 2: Disconnect and re-connect existing EV Charging Stations to new EV electrical panel. 4. LEVEL 3 & 4: New 4 dual EV charging stations and 1 outlet at each level. 5. THERE WILL BE NO INCREASE IN PARKING COUNT. 6. THERE IS NO CHANGE TO THE BUILDING EXISTING OCCUPANCY OR USE
