| Description | Sealed bids will be received by the Belmont Metropolitan Housing Authority for the furnishing of an elevator service maintenance contract for the Authority s eight high-rise apartments. All materials furnished and labor performed must be in strict accordance with specifications now on file in the office of the Belmont Metropolitan Housing Authority. All bids must be identified by endorsing the sealed bid on the outside of the envelope marked Elevator Maintenance Contract Bid . If in the opinion of the owner, the acceptance of the lowest bid is not in the best interest of the Housing Authority, said owner may accept another bid so opened or reject any and all bids. |
