| Description | The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable contractors for providing a Contract for Construction of HUD-Funded Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk/Benton Area. Award, if any, resulting from this invitation to Bid shall be for one (1) year period. In Exchange for the Compensation (Defined Below), Contractor Must Perform the Work Outlined in the Special Provisions for the Project ("scope of Work"). The Scope of Work Shall Include All Items and Procedures Necessary to Properly Complete the Task Contractor Has Been Hired to Perform, Whether Specifically Included in the Scope of Work or Not.
