Description

The Project consists of Rehabilitating existing gravity sewers and manholes in the Lone Oak subdivision, including but not limited to: - Replacement of 686 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer - Extension of 34 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer - Abandonment of 188 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer - Install one (1) new manhole. - Replace four (4) existing manholes. - Abandonment of one (1) existing manhole. - Reinstatement of 2 service laterals ALL bidders must complete the "Base Bid" section of the bid schedule. All bidders must be on the plan holders list in order to place a bid. Sealed proposals for the Contract shall be clearly marked on the outside of the container. The sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in another envelope and mailed to the City of Nicholasville, 517 North Main Street, Nicholasville, Kentucky DOORZLQJ VXIFLHQW WLPH for such mailing to reach this address prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date bids are opened. He may, however, withdraw his bid at any time prior to the time and date scheduled for opening of same or any authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date VSHFLHGZLOOQRWEHFRQVLGHUHG and will be returned unopened to the bidder. The City of Nicholasville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities and any bid that is obviously unbalanced may be rejected. which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin.
