Failure to be both Verified by CVE and Visible on VetBiz prior to contract award will result in the offerors proposal being deemed non-compliant. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit documents to obtain CVE verification of the SDVOSB status if they have not already done so. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, prospective contractors shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award of a federal contract. All offerors must submit their VETS-4212 report. GENERAL INTENTION The intent of this solicitation is to select one contractor to provide professional construction services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and specifications to Renovate Parking lot Construction. The period of performance is a firm 220 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed (NTP). SITE VISIT Offerors are urged and encouraged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performing these services. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. There will only be one (1) organized site visit. It will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022 @ 10:00 AM (ET). Due to COVID, participants are required to wear a surgical mask while inside the building. Please bring a government issued photo ID.
