Description

1. Salvage, removal and disposal of existing site improvements, clearing and grubbing, complete tree removal, excavation, drainage lines, bituminous pavement, fencing, concrete sidewalk concrete curb, existing lighting poles (coordinate w/PSE&G) splashpad, concrete / masonry walls, concrete slab, concrete wall footings and concrete deck. 2. Earthwork. Excavation for new foundations, conduit, water lines, drainage lines, site grading. 3. Installation of new water tap and service line from existing main and meter pit, including water meters, backflow preventers, ground hydrants and all associated plumbing components, irrigation system; to deliver fully operational systems. Include fully permitted, compliant traffic control in accordance with JC Division of Engineering and Traffic. 4. Construction of new gazebo CTI Surface treatment to improve positive pitch and slip resistance of the horizontal and vertical existing concrete surfaces. 5. Installation of new site furnishings (benches, trash cans, etc.) as specified or as shown on the drawings. 6. Installation of new S.S. Enclosures for electrical services, including, but not limited to, panels, and power to sports court lights, pumps, flag light, controllers, and ‘P-docs; to deliver fully operational systems. 7. Installation of new concrete, foundations, walls, curbing and flatwork including colored and/or textured concrete surfaces as designated and specified. 8. Installation of ornamental fountain, including all structural concrete, foundation, ornamental precast concrete, ornamental iron fountain, plumbing, electrical, water service, controls, drainage, vault, pumps and all else for fully functional fountain. 9. Preparation and installation of specified landscaping items, including but not limited to: decorative iron fencing, gates, large caliper trees, landscaping and flag. 10. Installation of artificial turf lawn panel and construction of Bocci Court. 11. Installation of prefabricated shade structure. 12. Monument restorations, flag pole installation, signage fabrication and installation and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 13. Painting; rust removal, clean, prime and paint designated railings and fencing. 14. Acquisition of all necessary permit(s) from various agencies having authority.
