The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that tree removal is performed at Johnstown Flood National Memorial (JOFL) in the lakebed so that old field character can be restored. This effort will require specialized equipment for tree and shrub removal under varying ground conditions and vegetation type.
