Description

This event is to bid for a one-time purchase for the Demolition of a Building. Milan VTS, needs a 1600 Square foot building to be completely demolished, leaving only the foundation and concrete floor. After receipt of purchase order all work shall be completed within 120 days from starting the project. Work days are Monday thru Friday 7:00AM to 3:00PM, excluding holidays. Contractor shall disassemble and remove the 1600 Sq FT building while preserving the integrity of the foundation, concrete floor, and loading dock. Contractor shall provide all equipment to demolish and dispose all materials. Contractor shall clean up and remove all debris associated with the project.
