The Project includes the replacement of 430’ of 8” sanitary sewer and 2 manholes within Fourth Avenue. Installation of 135’ of 48” x 76” elliptical pipe and junction structure along with associated pipe removals, earthwork, concrete and asphalt repairs, and maintenance of traffic is also included.
